Trent Lot is Going to Resign From Congress

We heard yesterday that Trent Lot is planning to resign his Senate seat after 35 years in Congress. I believe he was a really good man and we hate to see him leave. He has chosen his successor to fill in until the next election. He is the 6th Senate Republican this year to announce retirement.
