Medtronics Recall

A lawsuit has been filed against Medtronics on behalf of a man who suffered undue pain and suffering due to the failure of implanted leads of a defibrillator. The poor guy had to have 19 unnecessary shocks to his heart and then it didn't work. He got another implant and it was faulty too. The whole recall can be found on the Internet at Medtronic recall. From the sounds of it, the man is lucky to be alive after having had to have several replacement leads and implants, trips to emergency and more. It is quite a story. His law firm, that is defending him is Mark & Associates, P.C. They have defended a great many people who have been injured by defective products. I believe they would be good ones to call upon if you ran into a bad situation such as this man did.
