Austin Dog Bite Lawyer
Pit bull dogs have gotten a really bad name in our area. Mailmen have been bitten badly. Many people out for a walk have been bitten also. Not only that but you have to have the dog tested for rabies or you have to go through painful rabies treatment. If you have suffered such an incident in Texas, you may need a good Austin dog bite lawyer. In checking the Internet, I found it is quite easy to find out if you have a good case for a lawyer. All you need to do is fill in your name, phone, email and a description of what happened. They will tell you if you have a case and will help you with it.

Cereal for Breakfast
For many many years, my husband had eggs and toast for breakfast. He also had bacon or sausages with his eggs. Then he tried a breakfast food and to his surprise, he got hooked on it. Now he eats this cereal every morning. I am happy because it is a whole lot less work and I have eaten cereal for breakfast for year.
Milk
Have you noticed the price of milk? Gas is cheaper by the gallon than milk. However, milk is so good for you. We go through at least a gallon a week or more and there are just two of us. I often buy a half gallon of chocolate milk too and it goes even faster :0) It is good for your bones and at our ages, we need all the help we can get.
Buy Gold Coins
How do you invest your money? Do you put everything into a 401K? How about those stocks? The stock market has really taken a bad hit in the past year or so and people have practically lost all their savings for retirement. Now if they had decided to buy gold coins then they would not have to worry so much. Yes, gold can come down in price, but over the long run it has been just about the safest investment you could possibly make. I like to get on the Internet and check it out and see how to go about buying gold. I know my investment is more secure with gold.
Gas Prices
It seems like the price of gas changes daily around here. Yesterday it was one price and today it dropped a penny. I decided I better fill up as it could be raining pretty hard tomorrow. I don't like to gas up the car in the rain. I like the station I go to because they give you a free daily newspaper when you get gas.

Car Wash
We have the best car wash in town. You can run a motorhome or a semi thru one of the bays also. I love to wash the car there because you get such a great underwash and a light wax applied too. It really washes good and when you are done you drive slowly out under powerful dryers that really dry your car. I wanted to get the car washed but they said it would rain in 2 days and it did and now we have a 2 day break and more rain so might as well wait a little longer. Would like to have it stay clean a week at least when I do run it through the car wash.
Home Medical Supplies
There are so many important things that you can take care of at home if you have the proper home medical supplies. Incontinence is a problem for many older people, as well as, diabetes. In checking the Internet I found where I could get customer service 24/7 and they had several ways in which to pay for my supplies. Not only that but they had a no hassle return policy that was just great. I need to buy a blood pressure machine next and get some good first aid supplies for those bumps, bruises and cuts. It is always good to have latex gloves on hand when you are treating such injuries. We try to keep a good supply of such things on hand at all times.

The Goldfinch
The Goldfinch began to return yesterday. We saw just one and then this morning there were two beautiful bright yellow males and one female. There will soon be lots of them. We have a seed bag they just love and we have counted as many as a dozen feeding on it at one time. It is a beautiful sight to see. Once the rain stops next week, I will put out the hummingbird feeder and we should see the oriole too as they like that feeder to drink out of.

Pizza
Have you tried the new Tony's crispy crust pizzas. The small one is just right for us two for lunch. My husband even suggests one for supper sometimes and he doesn't really like pizza. But he likes this one because the supreme has lots of topping on it and the crust is really crispy and easy to eat. Tomorrow night we will eat at the Pizza Ranch and he will have broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and a vegetable and dessert and I will try several pizzas. Yum!

Mexican Food
We were able to go have Taco Burgers this noon for lunch. That was a real treat while we waited for a prescription to be filled. Tonight we are going to our favorite restaurant for a Mexican supper. I think we could eat Mexican 7 days a week and never tire of it. I know I could. It has been raining a bit and can't decided whether to shut the windows or leave them open when we go eat.
Cosmetology School in Illinois
If you are unable to go to college for a number of years and get a degree of some sort, you may want to consider attending cosmetology school in Illinois. I have looked into the Internet and see that they have quite a number of schools the State. If you are looking for a unique training program, then this could be just what you are looking for. They have well trained educators that will set you on your way to a great career. You could be working in a beautiful salon before you know it. If you have a talent for working on other people's hair, it sounds like this would be a great career for you to do what you like and make money at the same time.

Car Repairs
The trouble with keeping a good car a long time is that things wear out. And when they do, it can really cost you a great deal. Our front car seat motor burned out and it would no longer move back and forth. We took it in today and it is going to cost $1000 to fix. They have to order the part and call us when it comes in. The trouble with going with out it is that I am more than a foot shorter than my husband so every time I drive the car, I have to move the seat. We really count on that ability to move the driver's seat back and forth so we need to get it fixed.
Skin care Products
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dermajuv Skin Care Products. All opinions are 100% mine.
Today's products for your skin are a far cry from those of my Mother and Grandmother's generation. Both my Mother and Grandmother used to grease up their faces and necks every single night with what was a well-known brand of face cream at that time. Comedians used to joke about women doing this and slipping out of bed and it got a great many laughs but it was true. This was actually the extent of their skin care products. Aside from soap and water and some facial astrigent, that was about the extent of it. Now women have so many wonderful products at their fingertips that really work on wrinkles and also products to help reduce scars they may have, age spots and of course if their face looks smooth, their neck often gives away their age. By using high grade products, necklines can also be smoothed so that a woman's entire look is youthful. It is easy today to find fine products that will reduce the wrinkles around your eyes and also tighten up your skin.By buying skin products that contain revolutionary materials such as Matrixyl, Renovage, Sesaflash to smooth and tighten wrinkles and even Stem Cells, you can rest assured they are going to do the job for you. Eyeliss. Stem Cells and Matrixyl work together to get rid of those wrinkles around your eyes and puffiness, dark circles. By using up-to-date products such as these, it is my opinion that you will be very surprised at the wonderful results you receive from regular use. I have checked the Internet as I am in that stage where aging is taking over and you have to fight it with good products if you are going to win and stay younger looking as you age.

Church
It is Sunday. It is a beautiful day today although it is only 30 degrees. It will warm up though as the sun is closer now and feels warm coming in the windows. We are anxious to get to church and enjoy a lively, musical service with good teaching. It is good to attend church regularly and get acquainted with other folks there. They become one big family and we all help each other in need and pray for each other when one needs prayer for sickness or other concerns. I hope everyone will attend the church of their choice today.

Wash Day
I do not know where it all comes from, but the hamper is full again. I better get at it and get a couple loads washed. It is a beautiful sunny day today and the neighbor hangs her wash out. We don't have a clothesline where we live and I would rather use the dryer. I think it is lots easier.
The Labradoodle Breed
I noticed the neighbors have a new dog. When I asked her, she said it was a Labradoodle. It is quite a large dog and she advised me that it was a cross between a Labrador retriever and a large poodle. It is blonde with lots of hair and they really like it because it is so good natured.
I decided to get on the Internet and read up on the f1b labradoodle definition so that I could understand more about their dog. I found they were started in Australia which was in itself, quite interesting.
The neat part, I think, about the breed is the labradoodle hypoallergenic factor. Our daughter is quite allergic to our little dog but she would like to have a dog that would not bother her allergies. I told her about the Labradoodle and I think she will be looking into getting one. They shed very little, if at all which is another great characteristic of this breed.

Volcanoes and Earthquakes
Have you noticed how many huge earthquakes there have been? Another 7.7 hit Indonesia at Sumatra yesterday and now there is a Tsusami warning out. It is no wonder. I think if I was in Indonesia, I would run for the hills after the big one they had just a couple years ago. And volcanoes seem to be erupting in strange places too. I heard yesterday that there are quite a few rumblings going on around this one volcano so they think it may be getting ready to errupt. It's scary. The Ring of Fire is having many earthquakes that aren't even being reported as they are many and smaller.
Date Night
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of 20th Century Fox. All opinions are 100% mine.
Marriage can get rather humdrum and boring if you don't do something different now and then to spice it up. Many couples opt out to get a babysitter and have a date night each week, every other week or monthly. They often go out to dinner and end up bored discussing the problems of the week, what is up with the kids and how to manage their budget. By going to the movies, it makes for a great change of pace and I know things will liven up once they go see Date Night Movie. This movie opens April 9, 2010 and stars Steve Carell and Tina Fey. This is not your ordinary movie as it is anything but boring. An everyday couple gets involved with an exciting car chase after a case of breaking and entering. What could be more exciting than running into a mob boss at a strip club. Check out this video and see all the excitement they run into on their date night out.I can just imagine how they felt when they got involved in a shootout that involved this mob boss. And then to take turns driving the car during a wild car chase that would bring them closer together as they worked together to get themselves out of this mess. It sounds quite exciting to me. I certainly would make a couple appreciate each other more and perhaps even realize talents they did not know that their spouse had. From a dull existance to an exciting romantic ending, this movie livens up their lives and will liven yours too as you go to view it.
Celebrations
It seems we go from one Holiday to another so quickly. We just had Good Friday and Easter and now the news is discussing Mother's Day. Then it will be lots of graduations and June brings many weddings. The 4th of July will be next and we are planning a big family reunion of two of our families that grew up together. Will have it July 3 so everyone can celebrate the 4th in their own way. Time goes so fast, you almost can't keep up with it anymore. Life is a vapor as the Bible says. Someone died yesterday in our State that was 114 years old and actually that is nothing compared to Eternity. Are you ready for Eternity?
Alvin and the Chipmunks
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Alvin and the Chipmunks. All opinions are 100% mine.
Alvin and the Chipmunks have always been a big favorite for our family. We used to always hear them singing at Christmastime and couldn't wait to hear it again and again. What we would have given to have been able to download them digitally or Blu-Ray at that time or buy a DVD. But now you can buy it now. It is "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakwell" and you really get a bargain because it is a double DVD. What a deal! You get an extra bonus disc with singalongs so that your family will have even more fun with lots of music. Not only that, but you can munk yourself for More Munk Mayhem. We visited the website and we and the kids just had a ball and laughed and laughed by making our own munks. I know all parents and their families would have a great deal of fun with this new double DVD. I would certainly encourage you to go out and buy it for many hours of fun. It is good clean family fun which is a big plus. I believe, from the youngest to the oldest member of your family, that you will have many hours of enjoyment from this double DVD and you will remember Alvin and the Chipmunks all your lives.Funerals and Visitations
We have a visitation today for an Aunt. I don't have many left anymore. The funeral is tomorrow. We enjoy the visitations the most as it is like a family reunion. You have more time to visit with family members you haven't seen for some time. A lot of cousins will be there that I haven't seen in years. I am sure we will all look quite different to each other than we did 10 years ago and maybe more. It is a cloudy day again and hope it doesn't rain. We will pick up my brother to ride along with us to our home town.

Good Friday
Today is Good Friday and the day our Lord was crusified for us. He rose on the 3rd day and is in Heaven standing in for us who believe in him. It is a very real time of celebrations for the true Christians who are saved and believe in Jesus. Having been to Israel and walked the Via Delarosa, it means a lot more to me than ever before, walking the way of the cross, I felt Jesus beside me. It was amazing.

You Gotta See This!
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Incendia Health. All opinions are 100% mine.
Seriously, you have just got to see this. It involved a fun yet serious subject about iLASIK Surgery. I know I have heard so much about it and a friend of mine had it done and she just loves leaving her glasses and contacts home and never having to wear them again. Well, this company ran a iLASIK Video Contest consisting of 5 categories and anyone could enter with a chance to win $5,000. The iLASIK Video Contest is over now but you can go to their website and view the top winner and the winners in each of the 5 categories, as well. They showed alot of talent making these videos and if you wear contacts or glasses, I feel it will help you make the decision to have this procedure done as it really frees you up from the bondage of eyewear. I think the winner really showed a lot of talent while expressing the true feelings of many people who have to wear glasses. Their glasses get in their way of all kinds of activities and sometimes friends even make fun of them for having to wear glasses. I remember when I was a kid, they called people "4 eyes" who wore glasses. That was really cruel but today, you can have this procedure and be free from those cumbersome glasses. I know it is a pain to always have to be cleaning them every time you turn around. While you are at the website, you can sign up to receive up-to-date information and even receive a free product from them. That is a win win situation it seems to me.Spring has Sprung
What a wonderful day it is today. It is 80 degrees and all the snow is gone. Now the water is drying up in the ditches. The fields are drying so it won't be long and the farmers will be able to get out there and plant. We raked the leaves and junk off the flower bed and picked up all the papers that had blown into the yard. The tulips are up and will soon be blooming. We have some beautiful yellow peoni tulips that have huge blooms and several branches. I just love them. They are like sunshine blooming.
