Broasted Chicken

Sometimes I get hungry for good broasted chicken. I know I can always go uptown to the Pizza Ranch and get the best broasted chicken and potatoes too. They have a huge selection of pizzas. Sometimes I just order a chicken dinner or a small pizza and go get it and bring it home to eat. It is so handy. They have a wonderful salad bar too. It is a good place to eat after a matinee movie too. It's close to home so you don't mind going out at night. And if you don't feel like going out, they will deliver anything you order. It is always great food. You are never disappointed.

Town Restaurants

Our little town is finally getting quite a few places to eat.  It is so nice to have a choice instead of just one little restaurant.  We now have a Mexican  place that is doing a very good business.  It took awhile to take off but now they have added an addition to another small town just north of us and doing well there too.  We have a Hardees which always has a big selection of burgers, etc. and of course, there is Subway.  Along with those there is a new Chinese place the last couple of years and it is finally picking up and we were there yesterday and they did a good business.  Next to it is an American Expresso Cafe, where you can get any kind of coffee, latte, cappicino and sandwiches of all kinds and salad..  The bar across the street has great hamburgers among other specials and Friday night fish.  The Pizza Ranch is a favorite of everyone too as they have a huge salad bar, pizza, cheese sticks, broasted potatoes and chicken, BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables and all winter, hot soups of all kinds.  If you can't find something you like, you better cook at home.

Pizza for Lunch

My brother is coming over today.  We are going out to the Pizza Ranch for their delicious buffet.  He does not get over here much and really loves pizza.  I know he is really looking forward to it.  He usually eats too much and is full for the rest of the day. It is a beautiful sunny day.  It is only 55 now but supposed to get up to 70's so will be really nice.  Looking forward to a good visit with him.

Pizza Ranch

My husband just called to me here at the computer and asked if I would like to go to the Pizza Ranch for supper. Of course, I would. We will leave in about 50 minutes. I have been on the computer most of the afternoon and will be happy not to have to cook supper tonight. It has been so windy and cold and rainy too. However, the rain quit and the sun came out for a little bit and warmed things up about 6 degrees and it doesn't seem quite so cold now. I am looking forward to pizza and broasted chicken for supper.

Pizza Night

Yay! I don't have to make supper tonight. We are going to the Pizza ranch for supper. They have the most delicious broasted chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, mac & cheese, chicken fingers and a great big salad bar. Not only that but they have all kinds of pizza, cheese sticks and dip and dessert pizza, called cactus bread. When we go in they ask what kind of pizza you would like and if they don't already have it on the buffet, they will make one for you. Also they will make apple or peach cactus bread instead of just the plain cinnamon streusel one. I can hardly wait.

Pizza

Have you tried the new Tony's crispy crust pizzas. The small one is just right for us two for lunch. My husband even suggests one for supper sometimes and he doesn't really like pizza. But he likes this one because the supreme has lots of topping on it and the crust is really crispy and easy to eat. Tomorrow night we will eat at the Pizza Ranch and he will have broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and a vegetable and dessert and I will try several pizzas. Yum!

Pizza Ranch Tonight

With all this sub zero weather, we have been staying home a lot. I have been really brushing up on my cooking skills :0). But after a while it is nice to get out of the house. It doesn't matter how cold it is, it is good to eat out for a change. Tonight we are going to the Pizza Ranch where we will be treated to a large salad bar, many kinds of pizza, chicken noodle soup, broasted chicken with all the trimmings and a dessert pizza. Can't beat that.

Pizza Night

Went out for Pizza tonight. I really enjoy having various kinds of pizza as my husband does not like it. He goes for the broasted chicken every time. They have a new apple/walnut/lettuce salad now with raisins in it that is just delicious. I could eat a whole plate of that and skip the rest. But it is mashed potatoes, gravy and chicken for my husband and he is happy. I had "Sweet Swine" tonight and there was a time that I thought pineapple sounded funny for a pizza but it is delicious. I also like the Cheeseburger pizza that has dill pickles on it. Yum Yum

Pizza Ranch

Tonight is Pizza Ranch night. They always have a good fresh salad bar with all the toppings for your salad and extra salads too such as coleslaw, macaroni salad, potato salad, and jello. Cheese bread sticks with dip are a favorite of almost everyone and I love the chicken fingers with Ranch dressing to dip them in. There is always many kinds of pizza and if you don't see the one you like, order it and they will make one. Broasted chicken is high on our favorite list too along with mashed potatoes and the best chicken gravy and a vegetable. Wash it all down with your favorite beverage and then top it off with a peach or apple dessert pizza. Yum Yum.

Food Worth Traveling For

We love the Pizza Ranch. It always has the most fresh salad bar and the best broasted chicken. Tonight they had a little problem with their mashed potatoes. They were quite late getting them out but the broasted potatoes were done. I love them with lots of real butter. We usually go on Tuesday nights but on Thursday night they have my favorite spiral macaroni salad. I don't know how it is made but I love it. They had BBQ chicken pizza tonight and if you know me, I am always willing to try something new. It was really good. The BBQ sauce was just right. Their regular BBQ chicken isn't to my liking but this was really good. I will have some again when they have it. We always get an apple cactus bread dessert too and it was so very good. We will be back next week. You can bet on that. And we had a $5 birthday coupon for my husband's birthday so we couldn't beat that.
