See My New Cousin

Emry was so tickled to see his new cousin for the first time. At least it was the first time he could hold him. He was pretty proud to be big enough to hold the baby. These little cousins are growing up together and there are 4 that just have a ball together. Two of them are 4 and two are 2 years old and now the baby.

Birthday

Our youngest son had his birthday on Saturday. It was a beautiful sunny and warm day. I say warm because normally it would be snowy and below freezing in January. The night he was born, we had tons of snow, and it was way below zero. I nearly froze getting to the hospital. It was very early in the morning and still dark outside. It is hard to believe that was 55 years ago.

Newest Grandparents

Here you see the newest Happy Grandparents and a Happy Aunt showing off the new baby in the family. She was just born last week. Her Great Grandparents are excited too as it is their first great grandchild. Her name is Madelyn. Isn't that a pretty name? Her Mom (not pictured) is very happy that Madelyn has arrived at last. Our extended family keeps growing as well as our own.

Texas - Here They Come

Next week our daughter and her husband will be taking off for Texas to see their 2nd new grandbaby in 2 weeks. Their twins got married a week apart 2 years ago and now they are both having babies and little Emry is late in arriving. But by the time they get to Texas he will be here and I bet we will be seeing his picture on the computer in the email. I am anxious to see him.
