New Kittens

What fun our great grandsons are having with their new kittens. As you see here they have their arms full.

they live on an acreage so they are able to have all sorts of animals to enjoy. They also have a beautiful rabbit and some chickens. The chickens are starting to really lay eggs now so that is great because their mother is a wonderful baker. It is great to have your own fresh eggs.

Bacon and Eggs

We had breakfast for supper tonight. I made a huge pan of crisp bacon and eggs over easy for supper tonight. Hot toast buttered with raspberry jam and cold milk tasted very good for a change. I fresh fried some potatoes to go along with the bacon and eggs and put on a dish of cold sliced peaches for dessert. It was an easy supper but tasty and fast. I had been working on the computer and it was getting too close to suppertime. Last night we went out to the Pizza Ranch and had a great buffet.

Breakfast - What is Your Choice?

Everyone seems to like different breakfasts. My husband just asked if I would make him some breakfast and he likes some little sausages and eggs or bacon and eggs and toast with butter and jelly. I, on the other hand, like cereal and I like to have more than one kind on hand so I can change off. I like Post Raisen Brand and sweetened Mini Wheats too. I have some Rice Krispies too right now from treats I made a while back for a picnic. One of my all time favorites is Great Grains with raisens, dates and pecans. Yum Yum. I know some people will only have pancakes or waffles but they are more of a treat for me than the regular daily breakfast.
