Family Visit

My daughter is coming this week and stay overnight one night.  I am excited to have company.  I haven't seen her in a couple months.  She works all the time in a retirement apartment place called Sunnyview.  It is a beautiful place for retirees to live.  You can find it on the Internet.  She has a dentist appointment and she's not looking forward to that.  We will go out for supper and that will be fun for a change as it has been a terrible winter for eating out.  Lots of snow and ice on the roads and always worse at night.

Dentists

Dentists are good when you need them. But it seems so many people are afraid to go to a dentist. I used to be afraid but I have had such wonderful pain free dentistry by great dentists that it doesn't bother me any more. My husband had to have two fillings this week and he said they used something new to numb the place where the fillings would go. It only took a couple minutes and he didn't feel a thing. He said it was great. I hate the sound of the drill though. I don't think that will ever change.

Fillings in Teeth

Well back to the dentist I go next week for a filling. I just hate that. My wife had her teeth cleaned too last month and she goes back with me the same day for a filling too. Isn't that a coincidence? There is a neat little homecooking style restaurant two doors down from the dentist that has the best homemade pies in about 10 flavors. My wife loves their coconut cream and I like the apple and custard. So maybe we can stop after we get done at the dentist and have a good piece of pie and ice cream.

Dentist

Time to get my teeth cleaned so off to the dentist I go in a bit. My daughter works in the office there making appointments and waiting on people. The dentist is excellent and he has expanded now and his son is in with him so they are very very busy. I hope I don't need a filling this time. I hate having a numb mouth.
