Scary Halloween

There are all kinds of costumes today.  A lot of super heroes and old time faces like Frankenstein.  Here is a scary mask. I think the little one isn't sure about his brothers scary mask.  But they had a lot of fun dressing up.  Kids always have a good time on Halloween.  Next year they will be older and will enjoy it even more

The great grandchildren came to see me.  There are some who live right here in town. It was so much fun to see them in their costumes.  I tried to have some fun with them.  I asked them if they were going to do a trick for me?  NO NO  CANDY was their cry.  I then asked if they would like something like an apple or perhaps a banana and they cried CANDY!!!!!  It was lots of fun to see them in their cute costumes.

Candy, Candy, Everywhere for Halloween

Yes, we have to get out those bags of candy for the Trick and Treaters Friday night. That is Halloween and the neighbor kids all come around in their cute and scary costumes to consume candy. If you want them to come, you just put on your porch light. We always do that. Although we don't have a big crowd there seems to be more kids in the neighborhood this year.

Holly will get all excited when she sees the costumes and will probably bark. She is the type of dog that rarely barks and sounds funny when she does. She isn't a bit mean and will be more scared of the kids than they are of her because they know she loves everyone. Anyway it will be fun to see the kids in their costumes. You always have a princess or two and some really ugly scary ones too. But no matter how they are dressed, they are happy to get treats.

Halloween

Halloween is right around the corner. Next week is October already. One of our neighbors already has orange lights strung along their deck. I used to work with a girl who just loved decorating for Halloween more than she enjoyed decorating for Christmas. She really went all out with the spider webs all around her desk with spiders in them and a great deal more. I have a big pumpkin that is made out of something that never fades and I have had it for many years. I always put it in the window but that is all the decorating I do. Do you like to celebrate Halloween? We used to take the kids Trick and Treating in costume when they were small. We enjoy all the neighbor kids who come to the door and seeing them dressed up.

Halloween costumes are a lot of fun to shop for but I don't know about this website. How would you like to see your kid dressed up in Lord Dark Skull? Ugh! Talk about a gross costume. This is just one of them. How about your little boy dressed up like a Vampire Phantom, blood dripping from his lips. Doesn't that just gross you out? And some of their costumes are just way out there, portraying all kinds of Renaissance people, old time stuff, BOO! Did I scare you? Probably not. Their sexy outfits for women look like ladies of the night, Wow! Is that how you want to look on Holloween night? You might pick up some extra treats at the parties that you didn't expect. This site has them all, calm, cool and collected, or mug ugly, grossed out or actually gorgeous. I don't know why anyone would want to choose a costume for a child that looks like a wild animal. They might be mistaken for one. Then what? They even have a 50% sale on stuff to get you to buy. They are that desperate to sell you some of these costumes. How about a Barbie doll costume for your little girl. Not isn't that imaginative and unusual - NOT! Or a little boy's costume like a lady bug - give me a break, can't they come up with something better than that? I know it is difficult to choose what to use for a Holloween costume each year and you don't want to look like everyone else at the party or have your kids dressed like everyone else in the neighborhood, now do you? But you know when it really comes down to it, this is the greatest website for picking out the best Holloween costume of all. They have a huge selection and sales too.
