Super Bowl Sunday

They could just as well change the name to New England Sunday. They win every year. It gets downright discouraging not to see some new teams playing for a change. It is getting to be, for me, that the best part is the commercials. So many people are now stranded in Arizona due to all the snow and flights cancelled going East. But what better place to be stranded than a nice warm State like Arizona.

Off to Arizona

Our former neighbors left for Arizona this morning. She called me over to take home a lot of groceries they couldn't take along. I filled up 5 bags full and then went to my daughters and left her quite a lot of it. Came home and unpacked the rest and shared some asparagus with my neighbor who has always been so good to share with me in the Spring, when they pick it fresh. This was frozen and they will really enjoy it. Took another neighbor a couple of things too that I couldn't use and they were happy too. It was a busy morning.

Beautiful Homes in Troon North in Arizona

Many people love to go to Arizona for the winter. But often when they stay there a few months, they decide it is a beautiful place to stay permanently. But where do you go to find homes? That is where going on the Internet and checking out places like Troon North Real Estate come in handy.
It is fun to search through all the various beautiful homes that they have listed. They also provide you with maps so that you can see the locations. There is so much to do in this community. Being close to two great golf courses with a clubhouse that has so many amentities itself, is a real plus. No matter what type of home you are looking for, they have a huge selection of homes of every type and size.

Rockies Within One Win of World Series

No more slumbering lumber for the Colorado Rockies, who are one win away from roaring right into their first World Series. With a cold rain falling, Josh Fogg shut down Arizona's bats in his first postseason start and Yorvit Torrealba hit a tiebreaking three-run homer to duel the Rockies' 4-1 victory Sunday night in Game 3 of the NL championship series.
