Pneumonia

My husband has pneumonia. It is a good thing the weekend wasn't one day longer or he would have had to go to the hospital. As it is, he had to have 2 powerful shots and pills to take one a day. Can you believe each pill cost $1.20? and we got 10 of them. The first of the year is when the deductible is due again on prescriptions so my husband's should be paid for this year.

Tylenol and Cough Syrup

Now my husband has not only had the flu from his flu shot, but now he has a cold on top of it. So I just got back from running to the local discount store for a huge bottle of generic tylenol and a couple bottles of cough syrup. I got the non-drowsy kind as it seems like everything you take makes you sleepy. Got the sheet blankets on the bed and he said they sure felt good when he took a nap. Fall has set in and winter is on the way.
