Forest Fires
While we were in Colorado to attend the wedding of our grandson, a forest fire started. We were driving up the mountain to Estes Park, when my son-in-law said he wondered what all that white smoke was. That was the day of the wedding. The next day we went to Rocky Mountain National Park and we didn't see anything from high up there. However, when we went home the next day, the fire had really spread and when we got north of Ft. Collins we could smell the smoke way across Wyoming to Nebraska. It is a terrible fire, as well as, many others in the western states. The best they can do is try and keep it away from the houses. There is no stopping it.
