Having become a widow recently, I had begun trying out the various types of one dish meals because they were quick to fix and so much less work than trying to make something with a variety in it without buying a large quantity of ingredients that I would probably never get used up. I have to admit that I was not having much luck finding freezer foods that were really tasty and that I would ever want to eat again. The package was inviting but the food inside was awful. Then I discovered the new T.G.I. FRiDAY’S “Entrées for One”. I was more than delighted at the big variety available in my little local grocery store. The first package I bought was the Sesame Orange Chicken. What a delightful dish and so easy to make in my microwave. I am enclosing a picture of the package here.
