Hot Supper Tonight
I made a crockpot roast tonight in my new crockpot and it is so tender. I like to use onion salt and garlic salt in the water. I also brown the roast first, salting it with both salts on all sides and browning on all sides. Then into the crockpot and later add carrots, onions and potatoes. Yum Yum. It makes the best gravy and last time I saved enough for hot beef sandwiches. May do that again or just eat the leftover slices on buns. It is soooo good. Serve peaches for dessert and cold milk and you are all set for a delicious meal.
