Serial Killer on the Loose?

Is there a serial killer on the loose? That is what I wondered when I read that a 5th foot had been found along the coast of British Columbia. Why only a foot? The police are trying to see if there is a link between this foot and four others that have washed up on shorelines along islands in British Columbia. Those four feet were a little different that those four were all right feet and had socks and shoes on them. Two of them were size 12 shoes. This last foot was a left foot.
