Time for the 6 months doctor physical. Have to keep my cholesterol in check and high blood pressure. Been doing find and getting exercise every day but don't seem to lose any weight. It seems like winter is a good time to put on weight whether you want to or not. Not much other entertainment besides TV and then you have to have some pop and popcorn, so there you go - more weight gain. Oh well, I feel good and that's what matters I guess.
